The Evoko Room Manager consists of an 8″ screen that is placed on the wall outside of the class/meeting rooms. The Room Managers touch screen functions can be enabled or disabled individually, based on the rooms purpose. The system is connected to the school’s Microsoft Exchange Server or Google Apps for Business. No additional software is required to be downloaded on the schools Network server. The status of the room can clearly be seen down the hall as there are vivid LED lights on the front and sides of the display. All important information is displayed on the screen: current time, starting time and finishing time of the class/meeting name in progress, class name and professor, and how long the class/meeting will continue. There is also a feature for showing upcoming classes/meetings. The number of seats and AV equipment in the room is indicated by icons on the front display.
